the staff at the reception desk were excellent and friendly the room was very very comfy and tidy. the shower was really good.

the air conditioning didn't work so it became too hot.

a cozy haven near the lake

warm staff hot drinks secure service

The staff greeted me with such warmth. free hot drinks were always available, a sweet comfort. leaving my luggage was simple with their secure service. It really eased my travel plans.

The area felt a bit noisy at night. Street sounds filtered into the room.

the hotel sits close to both the bus and train stations. it is an easy walk from the hotel to the bridges and the beautiful lakeside areas, it made exploring so convenient!

absent air conditioning unappealing street

the absence of air conditioning was a serious issue. despite claims of air conditioning, the room only had a fan. also, the street where the hotel is located did not appear appealing. i witnessed drunk individuals causing disturbances during the night hours.
